Edgley Construction Group is a family-owned general contractor with more than 30 years experience specializing in life science, healthcare, secure federal and tenant improvements.
We specialize in LEED construction, sustainable construction, secure federal building interiors, core renovations (fitness centers, lobbies, restrooms), and more. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, and you will not find a more personable, engaged, and talented group of project managers and construction professionals.
Bob Edgley started the business in 1989 as a solo-act, creating custom interiors as a general contractor. Today, we’re a multi-million dollar company, but we still bring that small, family-owned feel to every project.

Our History
Our founder and president, Bob Edgley, began his career as a carpenter’s assistant at the young age of 13. Always the dedicated worker, he climbed the ladder to superintendent and then to senior project manager.
But he always felt there was a better way to get the job done, while ensuring the client felt heard and walked away feeling no less than 100% satisfied with the finished project. So he started his own company, Edgley Construction Group, in 1989.
Since then we’ve completed projects for clients like building owners and manager, tenants, and government agencies. Always going above-and-beyond to get the job done ahead of schedule, under budget and to the exact specifications of the project.
